Some say, ‘less is more’ but when it comes to chocolate we believe the opposite! Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, blonde chocolate and cocoa powder we love using all sorts of chocolate for baking. Once you learn a few basics (like how to melt chocolate so that it doesn’t seize up and how to temper chocolate so that it keeps its glossy shine) you’ll be making everything from ganache for truffles to fancy chocolate decorations for cakes and cupcakes in no time.
Broccoli is one of the most versatile veggies on the market. You can turn it into soups, frittatas, stir-fries and more even the stalks can be put to delicious use! Wrapped and stored properly (in the fridge!), broccoli can last up to a week. While there’s no denying broccoli is a great complementary side dish for many mains, a hearty casserole never disappoints.
We look forward to lots of seasonal produce during the summer months but fresh corn is always at the top of our list.
