Uzbekistan is a key partner for Belarus in Central Asia, and Belarus is interested in developing relations in all areas, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko said.
Belarus is the most reliable and dependable partner of Uzbekistan, Chairwoman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbayeva said as she met with Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Chervyakov said: “Uzbekistan is one of Belarus' top 10 trade partners in terms of trade turnover. Over $500 million [in 2022] and the seventh place in the country's export. Belarus' main exports to Uzbekistan are meat and dairy products, goods made of wood, pharmaceutical products, tractors, road tractors, and so on."
