Underneath that growing crater. Emergency crews cant shut off the water because levels at that dam are already at dangerous highs. With that spillway, and now another one in trouble, the evacuations. “My daughter is gone from a bullet that wasn’t even meant for her,” her mother, Naikeeia Williams, lamented at Tuesday’s sentencing hearing for Antwan Jones.
