Benzema scores again as Real Madrid beat Eibar

Karim Benzema continued his rich scoring form as Real Madrid warmed up for Tuesday s Champions League fixture against Liverpool with victory over Eibar.
The Frenchman recorded his 24th goal of the season with a firm header from eight yards in the 73rd minute.
Marco Asensio scored the opener when he slotted in from midfielder Casemiro.
The win moves Real to within three points of leaders Atletico Madrid, who are at Sevilla on Sunday.
For coach Zinedine Zidane this win was the perfect way to mark his 250th game in charge of Los Blancos.

London – Forward Yoshinori Muto won a penalty to help Eibar take a lead but runaway La Liga leader Atletico Madrid came back to secure a late 2-1 win on Thursday courtesy of a brace from Luis Suarez.
Gianluca Mancini s late goal earned hosts Roma a 2-2 draw with Inter which left the visitors three points behind leaders AC Milan in the Serie A title race.
Lorenzo Pellegrini s deflected shot put the hosts in front at half-time, but Inter mustered a spirited response and Milan Skriniar headed in a deserved equaliser after the break.
Achraf Hakimi put Inter ahead by curling an outstanding shot in off the bar, but Mancini s glancing header levelled the scores with four minutes remaining.
Inter are in second place on 37 points, three behind city rivals AC Milan, with Roma third on 34 points.
