And went after a guest. Reporter two miles away and two hours later, Surveillance Video with miller straggling and his forehead covered in blood caught attention at the travel lodge. He was intoxicated and i thought maybe he bumped his head. Reporter police say it was across the street that miller tried to get into someone elses room at the marriott. He is charged with assaulting a 79yearold man and his 29yearold son. His agent says hes trying to get to the bottom of what happened. So are police. The 49ers released miller from the team. Hes been ordered to appear in court friday afternoon. This is not millers first arrest. He faced charges after getting into a fight with his girlfriend last year.
