Hes been ordered to appear in court friday afternoon. This is not millers first arrest. He faced charges after getting into a fight with his girlfriend last year. Bruce millers counsellor gave him high marks about learning about abuse and how kit lead to aggressive bruce miller was ordered to take a Domestic Violence class that covered anger issues and alcohol use. A convicted sex offender is back in custody in san jose. 56yearold David Lee Russell was captured after a week long manhunt. He was wanted for assaulting and trying to kidnap two young women. He was driving near oakland road. Police say tips helped lead to his arrest. Brock turner is on the sex offender registry in ohio.
