Pg in the notify state regulars this afternoon it did not cut power the highvoltage transmission lines in that area. Last night around 9 20 pm utility reported trouble one of those lines. Only seven minutes later the first calls went out of a major fire. As we look at more live pictures from chopper 5. Pg e said it did not cut power to those transmission lines. That is even though these voltage distribution lines are part of the Public Safety power shutdown minutes ago. We heard from pg e ceo bill johnson as to why.
