Federal investigators are trying to determine why a small plane carrying Dale Earnhardt jr. Ran off the runway and burst into flames. Cbs news obtained this video of earnhardt being treated at the scene in east tennessee yesterday. He, his wife and young daughter as well as two pilots were on board.
