This vintage rv is home. I didnt plan on living here. I just, lost my job, about a year and a half ago. And i couldnt find a place that i could afford. Hes not alone. We counted six rvs parked on this street on thursday. The city wants them to leave. We are good people. You know, i work every day. The Mayors Office tells us they are giving rv owners until march 28th to remove their vehicles. San franciscos transportation code prevents any vehicle from being parked on a street for more than 72 hours. Its a great spot. I can understand why theyre here, but its limited parking. The Mayors Office says that parking these large vehicles along this windy, narrow road is dangerous, and that the raw sewage being dumped here is a safety hazard. Weve all been coming out and picking up all the trash every morning. Theres drug dealing going on in the back of the one. Theres the dogs left all day long. Other neighbors dont have a problem with the rvs. Heartsick to see it happening on all the levels.
Do. Laura, finally, just very quickly, big picture here, what does all of this mean about when this case may actually go to trial and is it fair to say that this has already delayed any potential trial date . Oh, certainly. This entire sort of this entire sort of debacle has derailed the case for months now. We all remember the televised hearings that went on for days. Theres still no trial date set in this case. Obviously the District Attorney wanted to try it before the election. I would be shocked if that happened. So this entire sort of again, it sort of has derailed a little bit of the case. Again, it is not a fatal blow. The indictment still stands but it has provided a problem for her office to resolve quickly. Laura jarrett, thank you so much for that and helping us understand this complicated ruling. Nbcs blayne alexander was first to report the news of the ruling this morning. She joins us now from atlanta. Blayne, as im reading through the Court Document im shocked by some o

Its friday light. Were off to a good start. Out of the gate. All right. We are offuto a good start. As a matter of fact, theres not a lot going on, which is pretty good out there. Lets go to the bay bridge toll plaza. We dont see a lot here now. Sometimes on mondays and fridays really hopit today. Yesterday wasnt too bad, but i think today is going to be better. As you look at interstate x80, you can see that traffic is moving well. Its 401. Lets get back to the headlines. Thankuyou sal. The wind gusts still out there, around 25 to 35 miles an hour locally, and in the ridges still gusting from about 50 to 60. As i take the timestamp forward, the afternoon calms down and we are in for a
