That rat infestation is near state owned property beneath the 280 freeway where we are joined now live and neighbors saying they are set up. It is easy to see why and in just a few minutes we have been watching more and more rats come up as the daylight starts to wane in san jose. This is one of the main thoroughfares into the downtown area. It is a dumping ground for that debris and you can see the backdrop is a homeless camp. Apparently, that combination is the perfect breeding ground for rats and filth. Took the rats come out of the crevices created by the construction debris in broad daylight and they scurry around the homeless camp searching for food.
