We have at least a branch of it up here, but there is a theme going into tomorrow which is very important. Look at sunday morning. Still pretty stationary for the bay area. The majority of the rain that will come in at a steady, pounding rate will be toward monterrey and santa cruz. Doesnt mean we wont get rain up here sunday. There is still good rain here. But if you want to focus on the most relentless, you follow the line an it will be a little to the south sunday. That is somewhat good news for the bay area getting more manageable rain amounts. Good morning, everyone, it is sunday december 1st, im liz kreutz. Lets get right to the look at the weather. This is meteorologist lisa argen. This is a 2 on or storm impact scale. We have heavy downpours, breezy to gusty winds and this morning the rain is coming down from the north bay through the Santa Cruz Mountains. We do have breaks in our inland valleys but there is a chance of thunderstorms. As we look at live doppler 7 you will notice we have wet weather from the santa cruz area up through saratoga and sunnyvale, but as we go into the east bay its been light around martinez and richmond, 580, walnut creek a few light showers, dillon beach into marin, a lot of people live around hayward, fremont, san matteo not seeing any rain there. As we widen the view you can see the steady stream of moisture that wants to push up south of San Francisco bringing that showery regime with it, the high wind warning along the coast.
