Tracker Ventures Corp. Addresses Second Round Of CSE Comments And Contakt World Holds Shareholder Meeting (the Company or Tracker ) (CSE:TKR) (FWB:B2I) is pleased to announce, further to its news release dated December 8, 2020, that it has addressed the second set of comments from the Canadian Securities Exchange ( CSE ) relating to the Form 2A Listing Statement ( Listing Statement ), respecting the Company s pending acquisition (the Acquisition ) of Contakt World Technologies Corp. ( Contakt World ). The first round of CSE comments was received on January 14, 2021 and the Company responded to same on February 3, 2021. The Company received its second round of comments from the CSE on February 11, 2021, which was addressed by the Company on February 28, 2021. The Company is currently awaiting a response from the CSE regarding the second comment letter response.

The First 100 Days: President Biden Signs Memo on Tribal Consultation and Strengthening Nation-to-Nation Relationships, February 4, 2021, Tony Franco Last week, President Biden signed a Memorandum on Tribal Consultation and Strengthening Nation-to-Nation Relationships. In the memorandum, President Biden says “It is a priority of my Administration to make respect for Tribal sovereignty and self-governance, commitment to fulfilling Federal trust and treaty responsibilities to Tribal Nations, and regular, meaningful, and robust consultation with Tribal Nations cornerstones of Federal Indian policy.” The memo also reaffirms Executive Order 13175, which “charges all executive departments and agencies with engaging in regular, meaningful, and robust consultation with Tribal officials in the development of Federal policies that have Tribal implications.” Read more here.

COVID-19: The Biden Administration s National Strategy and Plans for the Defense Production Act | WilmerHale

Introduction On President Biden’s first two days in office, he issued a National Strategy for the COVID-19 Response and Pandemic Preparedness and 11 related Executive Orders, including an Executive Order on a Sustainable Public Health Supply Chain. The National Strategy proposes a “comprehensive,” “coordinated,” and “aggressive” response to the pandemic. One of the National Strategy’s seven stated goals is to “[i]mmediately expand emergency relief and exercise the Defense Production Act” (DPA). It is too soon to know the full extent of actions that the Biden Administration will take in furtherance of this goal, but its immediate initiatives mark a departure from the Trump Administration’s approach.
