A Step Ahead Chattanooga Names Mandy Cowley As New Executive Director Thursday, May 6, 2021 Mandy Cowley Contraceptive education and access program A Step Ahead Chattanooga (ASAC) announced that Mandy Cowley has been named executive director effective June 1. Ms. Cowley was selected following a national search for a new leader to replace Susan Vandergriff, who announced earlier this year that she would be leaving the non-profit sector to pursue professional entrepreneurial goals.
