So theyre serving this eviction notice and were told that a suspect fired at the deputies with a rifle. So he struck Deputy Kerrigan hitting and killing him. Then he struck the two other deputies. We understand that he was also killed in the exchange of gunfire. So this is, of course, all the preliminary information. We heard this earlier this afternoon.
