Two elderly people were transported nearly for evaluation, one woman who lives in the apartment where the fire started was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. But, now that the fire is out, the big concern is how many people are now displaced. Were told about 100 people from more than 70 aoun hits to find another place to stay the night because of the fire, and high levels of carbon monoxide. Now, the Fire Department tells me those levels are likely down now, but a number of other issues have to be addressed before folks can move back in. Now this fire started here around 10 30 last night in a first floor unit at the glenn croft club apartments, here on the 100 block of folcroft avenue. The fire was contained to that one apartment.
