Modern Mountain Homes From Some Of The Most Wonderful Locations On Earth
The mountains provide us with some of the
most spectacular and exciting views on our planet. Lots of homes and cabins seek these prime locations in order to take advantage of the scenery. There’s a ton of gorgeous builds out there and today we’re going to have a look at some of them. These
modern mountain homes sure know how to stand out.
Beautiful
The V-Plan residence is located in Aspen, US and was designed and built by Studio B Architects. Its design reflects the owner’s preference towards privacy but also a desire to take advantage of the location and its exposure to the Aspen golf course.
Park Burger and Birdcall count among Denver s most recognizable restaurant brands, but the names behind them are a little less well known. Philippe Failyau founded the first Park Burger, at 1890 South Pearl Street, in 2009, and then added Park & Co. in Uptown. Peter Newlin soon joined the team to oversee operations, helping grow the business to three other Denver outposts (in Highland, RiNo and Hilltop). Since then, they ve also opened three Birdcall chicken sandwich eateries and two Homegrown Tap & Dough pizzerias. But one thing was missing from their stable: a full-service, destination restaurant.
No longer. Perdida opens today, February 8, at 1066 South Gaylord Street, in the former home of the Tavern Wash Park.

Can’t possibly imagine what surprises 2021 has in store for Denver and Front Range restaurants? Frankly, neither can we. But the future still feels hopeful at least for these 18 spots slated to open throughout the year.
Most are located around Denver, but we’ve also unearthed a few coming to Fort Collins, Boulder and Colorado Springs. And we’ve spotted some trends already.
Pizza seems to be a strong bet moving forward. The pandemic has shown Denver restaurants what people really want in times of distress. The answer: cheese and bread, of course. (See also ice cream in that same category. And throw in tacos and tequila, too.)
