The Michigan Supreme Court unveiled a report Tuesday as part of a new initiative aimed at broadening access to legal resources and making the justice system easier for litigants to navigate.
Michigan Supreme Court Justices Brian Zahra and Bridget McCormack introduced the Justice for All Task Force in a Dec. 15 press conference. The task force assessed the current state of Michigan’s civil justice system and developed a plan to ensure 100% access to justice.
