Novato, the rain has been nonstop. This little pond was bonedry as of thursday. And now its full. In her backyard, she keeps this water gauge. Its currently at 5 inches. Over the weekend it spilled over. A week ago we were under a fire watch. And this week flash flood advisories. Its the same story throughout marin county.
