States Supreme Court ruled that the 1964 Civil Rights Act protecting americans from workplace, discrimination also extends to those who are part of the Lgbtq Community this ruling is expected to have a major impact for an estimated 8. 1 million workers in the u. S. Thats because most states do not have protections for lgbtq people from the workplace discrimination.
