First grade teacher Holly VanDorn, now in her third year at Regina - Howell Elementary School, waits to begin a zoom meeting with her class Wednesday as she prepares for a rolling in-person start Monday, September 21. Multiple safety protocols for classrooms, school facilities and buses are in place to try and maintain health and safety for students and staff.
