First grade teacher Holly VanDorn, now in her third year at Regina - Howell Elementary School, waits to begin a zoom meeting with her class Wednesday as she prepares for a rolling in-person start Monday, September 21. Multiple safety protocols for classrooms, school facilities and buses are in place to try and maintain health and safety for students and staff. The desks in VanDorn's have been spaced apart, and sanitizers and reminders of cleaning are posted throughout the classroom.
