Epa administrator scott pruitt answered questions about his agencys budget request. It calls for major cuts and a reduction in the workforce of nearly 4000 employees. Across the Delaware Valley we are dealing with strong, thunderstorm activity, building in to berks county, Lehigh Valley and thunderstorm watch in effect west of the Delaware Valley. So Lancaster County is under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning. These strong cells are moving in berks county head up in to reading, seeing light rain across Lehigh Valley but heavier rain just up wind that will be building in for you as we head into the next hour. Storm Prediction Center is talking about possibility of issuing a severe watch for parts of the Delaware Valley so stay tuned for that. We are in a slight risk of Severe Weather, philadelphia and surrounding counties, stretching backup in the northwestern suburbs, berks county and part of the Lehigh Valley. We have that watch in effect as these cells will move east as we head in the next several hours and likely impact areas closer to the city.
