We can finally see light at the end of the ⦠day. The weather bureau predicts Thursday will be mostly sunny with only a 20 per cent chance of showers. Winds south-westerly 15 to 20 km/h becoming light in the middle of the day.
Temperatures are expected to climb to 28C in Maroochydore, 27C in Caloundra, Nambour and Noosa Heads and 24C in Maleny.
There were no flood or marine wind warnings for the Sunshine Coast region at 7am on Thursday.
Sunny conditions will remain until Sunday with Maroochydore expected to reach a high of 31C on Saturday.
Tides are low at 11.38am, reaching 0.27m, before rising to a high of 1.15m at 5.34pm. Low tides will return again at 11.12pm, reaching 0.37m.
