The coroner says 44 yearold Andrew Van Evera was jogging when the incident happened. Investigators are trying to determine if the car that hit van evera lost control bece of the weather conditions. Hundreds are still in the dark this morning. Heres a quick look at the latest power outages. Outages are in Greenville County, with more than 900 people.
