People who were involved. Authorities are telling us they do not yet have an arrest. Two suspects in a Mountain View Home Invasion case made their First Court Appearance today. This involved a landlord accused of trying to use force to evict her tenants. A judge said ringleader identified as is at risk to public safety. Her bail was set at more than 75,000. Her friend Stephen Carling of san jose is accused of using a knife to try to pry open the front door. He is also being considered a risk to the community. Both got a restraining order inhibiting contact between them and the victims. The homeless man accused of attacking a woman outside of her San Francisco condo has been denied bail. Even after new charges against him were dismissed. An attorney for 25yearold Austin Vincent argued that new charges brought against him for a separate attack in february were a case of mistaken identity.
