It happened last night at 6 30 at the concord station. Both lines on the pittsburgh bayfield line were blocked yesterday. Repairs are expected to last through today and there is travel offered for people offer in that direction. We have more from concord. Reporter the bart train derailed just after 6 30 at the height of the evening commute and its going to take a long time to get trains running through here again. The record in central park is 63 degrees. Were already on the plaza 67. Weve already annihilated the record. There are other people in other parts of the country saying no, no, not where we are. Three days until christmas. The wild weather, the last thing people traveling all over, here in new york and in the northeast its warm. The Central Plains have been slammed with ice and snow. Two killed in mississippi where wild weather also damaged several homes, knocked down trees and left tens of thousands without power. That, of course, is creating chaos for holiday travellers from the gulf coast into eastern canada.
