The bay bridge construction getting ready to wrap up we are now less than 40 hours away from the opening of the new eastern span of the bay bridge. Police say before they arrived on scene, the man had already fired 15 to 20 rounds just outside of his house, some of which almost hit a passing car with a child inside.
