All of the other resources have been exhausted. And so first of all the case manager has to go and look for those things and other places because many things do exist. And then, again, if they dont, they can purchase them. So what you see, we are directed, ordinance for this program, and it says that there will be, an annual plan that will be designed out of our office, and in addition to that, there will be a 6 month report, on what has happened with the consumers that have been served and the dollars that have been served and spent and so on. And so what you see in the annual plan, is really a report that comes to you not for vote but for your review, it also goes to the department of health, and it will go to the board, of supervisors, and of course, the mayors staff, as well.
