Away of the center of town. This is a sketch of the suspect the Police Released this afternoon. Late 40s to early 50s. 61, 62, weighing 130 pounds. The woman in her early 30s jogging along the trail when she was approached by an unknown man displaying what appeared to be a boxcutter. Woman was able to run away and the suspect did the same. The two never physically coming into contact. The woman calling 911 almost immediately and Police Responding quickly. Including a k9 from Leesburg Police department and also the Loudoun County Sheriff Office and Helicopter Unit from Fairfax County. No signs of the suspect. Truly saddened. A bill that would loosen restrictions on mandatory vaccinations for students in West Virginia cleared the House of Delegates, on Feb. 26, 2024, after heavy debate. House Bill 5105 would eliminate vaccine requirements for students attending public virtual schools, private schools, and parochial schools, with the exception of those participating in sanctioned athletic events organized by the West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission.
