Former Butler leasing manager to work with Celebration Pointe
The leasing manager that over the past three years helped bring memorable companies to west Gainesville, including REI, Sephora and The Cheesecake Factory, will now work with Celebration Pointe to manage leasing at the shopping center west of Interstate 75.
The Zall Company helped secure 29 deals with retailers and restaurants for Butler, said Stuart Zall, the company president.
The company was previously the exclusive brokerage company for Butler Enterprises, said Marketing Director John Dickerson. He said Butler manages its own leasing in-house and will continue to do so for about 10 remaining vacancies.
