Relating, connecting those bayview Hunters Point enterprises and teaming them with experienced mentors. For phase 1, the developer is in compliance with the phase 1 cap or skraubgz Assistance Program. Butler enterprises administers the Technical Assistance and Financial Assistance program. The assurety Ty Development program has been waived by the contractor. Administers their mentor ship program. For phase 2, the developer is in compliance with the Construction Assistance Program. Phase 2, unlike phase 1, sets a spending requirement. The developer is required to spend 250,000 dollars a year for a total of 10 years for 2. 5 Million Dollars total. To date, in the 2 years that the developer has been active on phase 2, they have spent 265,000 dollars which provides a short fall of 235,000 dollars. However, the phase 2 d da expressly addresses this as a potential and says that any short fall that should occur at the end of the 10 year term should be paid to either the Community Benefits fu

Hearing none, for planning purposes, will we have a packet for the january 5 meeting, and if so when you think we will see that even the holidays . I think by regulation we have to pay packet that goes out to the public when the notice, the official notice goes out side thats going to be sometime after christmas before new years. Are defined by the state and what that means are infrastructure work, but primarily that will affect us. And finally, on a federal level, the u. S. Department of transportation did recently enact their federal rules to 49 cfr regarding the Disadvantage Enterprise Program and those changes were intended to eliminate fraud, control ownership and control criterias. Whats unique and may have an impact for ourselves is that there is now a rebuttable presumption that if someone makes more than 150,000 they are no longer considered socially disadvantaged. As i mentioned earlier we no longer certify, we accept governmental certifications from other entities. This may have an impact in terms of denying a woman firm dbe certification because of gross revenues. With that said, that concludes my presentation. Ill be happy to answer any questions.
