Seen or surveillance breaking into a san jose home. The 17yearold turned himself in to police today. He has been booked into Juvenile Hall for Home Invasion robbery. Last friday, he broke into a home in the evergreen neighborhood armed with a knife. The two suspects tried to kick down a bedroom door where three victims were hiding.
