Gloria rodriguez. Im meteorologist lisa argen is tracking a heat advisory in effect today. And, lisa, we know a lot of people are coming to San Francisco for the blue angels. Give me a little hot out there. Its going to be hot out there. But were already seeing changes that will allow for a return to a sea breeze and the fog. You can see how close it is off the shoreline. So we have reached our peak heat at our beaches the past couple of days. Right now, though, beautiful, the Golden Gate Bridge, you can see the light wind there it is in the upper 60s downtown, 62 in oakland, san jose, 67. And a view from our sutro tower camera where another warm day downtown early on before we get a refreshing sea breeze late in the day 53 santa rosa 56 by the delta it is 60 in livermore. So 24 hours ago we were warmer. We are two degrees cooler for some cities, three degrees cooler in napa. So around the peninsula, San Francisco, the bay shore, another hot day upper 90s inland. But at the coast, 70 a
In fact, the beaches were even hot. We were talking about that today. The last really hot day out there. And were starting with live doppler seven. So you can see the fog down around san diego. Otherwise most of the shoreline is clear. And were looking for that fog to return about this time tomorrow. So the heat advisory until 11 00. You can see temperatures still from the mid 80s to the upper 90s. Thats ten to about 17 degrees above average. Current numbers right now. Look at that, San Francisco, 70 degrees, 63 in oakland, 68, san mateo with cooler 50s up in the north bay. So compared to yesterday, say it is a couple of degrees cooler from santa rosa, but overall, very little change until late in the day today where we get a weak onshore flow at our beaches. So the only changes will be a few degrees cooler there. Youll notice it will still be in the 80s though, along the coastline temporarily before that sea breeze kicks in and upper 90s inland. Well track that cooldown for tomorrow.

Reporter and staffing. What we are asking for right now is staffing. We have a hard time with staffing, shortstaffed all over the place, and every qualification that we have. We had a lot of people leave the industry during covid. They had not replaced those workers. Still been behind every it point the most of the striking workers are in california, kaiser workers have walked off the job in several states. Hospitals and e. R. S are open with temporary scab workers to keep things running, but even the people who were surprised to see their san jose pharmacy closed say they sympathize with the workers. I hope the workers get what they are looking for. It is unfortunate for us people who need our prescription drugs or any kind of care. It is unfortunate that the union is not getting their needs met. I understand that as a worker, myself. I understand their point of view. Kaiser says they have reached a tentative deal on wages and benefits with the union, but nothing that would end the st
