New Delhi: A young veterinary student named Vibha Tomar has become an angel in disguise for the voiceless living on the streets. She took discarded vehicle tyres to make beds for the stray animals to sleep in and protect themselves from the bitterly cold weather in the national capital.
Every year, the mercury drops to an extreme level in New Delhi and the surrounding states in Northern India, While most of us are able to keep ourselves warm some way or the other, the stray animals are left to fend for themselves.
