A group of Pennsylvania brewery owners and former military service members have created an IPA named Adapt and Overcome.
The limited-edition beer will be sold starting Friday at 20 Keystone State breweries.
Proceeds will benefit the Pennsylvania Veterans Foundation, which provides aid to veterans and their families.
The project was spearheaded by Chadd Balbi, co-owner of the popular brewery website Breweries of Pennsylvania. Balbi asked Cory McDonald, head brewer at 2nd Story Brewing Co.in Philadelphia and David Kozloski, co-owner of Gearhouse Brewing in Chambersburg, to come up with the recipe.
