Tonight after a case of horrific child cruelty. Investigators say Joshua Cooper was frustrated by his young sons crying and bit off part of his nose. Reporter momentos on the windowsill give no indication of the horror of what happened here. Im very heart broken. Its really sad. I just, you know, you dont know your neighbors. Reporter 18yearold Joshua Cooper is in jail charged with child endangerment and mayhem after police say he bit off a third of the nose of his one month old baby boy. The investigation reveals that he was frustrated that the child would not stop crying. But a relative told us by quote it was an accident. The story being told is not what happened. He is not a monster. Reporter police say the infant, 17yearold mother called authorities j after it happened. They say eight people net apartment at the time. The car was one of several vehicles in line at the dmv office to start the test at noon when the driver accelerated into a motorcycle rider and crashed into the building, hit a gas meter and severed a gas line.
