pleased to announce the appointment of LTS Management Services Limited (‘LTS’) as the
Company’s Management Company, Company Secretary as well as Registry services
In order to better reflect the nature of business of the Company, the board has resolved, subject to
shareholder approval, to change the name of the company from ‘Go Life International Limited’ to
‘Numeral Limited’, with short name ‘NUMERAL’ and alpha code ‘XII’
