(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica confirme avoir finalisé l acquisition d une participation de 76,72% dans GrandVision auprès de HAL Optical Investments, filiale à 100% de HAL Holding, conformément au contrat de cession de bloc conclu avec HAL le 30 juillet 2019.
Le géant de l optique bénéficie à présent d un contrôle prédominant sur GrandVision et se retrouve dans l obligation de lancer une offre publique obligatoire sur le solde du capital à un prix de 28,42 euros par action, soit celui payé dans le cadre de la cession de bloc.
EssilorLuxottica soumettra le texte de l offre publique obligatoire à l autorité des marchés financiers néerlandaise au plus tard le 23 septembre. Le Franco-Italien entend retirer GrandVision de la cote de la Bourse Euronext d Amsterdam.
