Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPPO) acting director Col. Richmond Tadina said the 59 police personnel have relatives or family members running for posts in the May polls. "They were rotated in different areas to remove the influence of the police personnel in the respective areas," he said in a forum hosted by the Philippine Information Agency Pangasinan and Radyo Pilipinas Dagupan on Tuesday. He added the 11 chiefs of police were also rotated to remove or prevent close affiliation to the incumbent officials.
