Four officers were immediately suspended. Since that time, two of those officers have left the department. One of the officers is jason lye. Reporter hes received to the fourth officer to the Police Commission for possible termination. Vic lee, abc7 news. Some uc Berkeley Students are outraged that the administration is even considering allowing a student suspended for an alleged rape back on campus and are making their anger known.
