Ogilvy Experience taps Kaleeta McDade as global ECD | Advertising

  McDade joins from Deloitte Digital, where she has served as group experience director across the consultancy s studios in the US and India for nearly three years. Prior to this, she was a creative director.   Across her 17-year career, McDade has also held senior design and creative roles with Google Brand Studio, Apple, Sapient Shanghai, and Sapient Atlanta. Her expertise lies in digital experience and driving business outcomes through human-centered design and design thinking.   At Ogilvy, McDade will be responsible for defining, shaping, and driving the creative vision and strategy across Ogilvy Experience’s offerings. She will be based in Atlanta and will serve on Ogilvy’s Worldwide Creative Council.

Ogilvy named global creative agency for World of Hyatt | Advertising

linkedin Ogilvy has been selected as the global creative agency for Hyatt’s guest loyalty program, World of Hyatt.  Ogilvy will lead creative, experience and strategy for World of Hyatt’s member communications, promotions and enhancements.  The agency declined to name the size of the account. The opportunity came through a former Ogilvy client, said president of Ogilvy Experience in North America Rajesh Midha. The account was previously held by Forsman and Bodenfors, which World of Hyatt ended its partnership with at the end of April, a Forsman and Bodenfors spokesperson confirmed.  The account will be led by the Ogilvy Experience team in New York, which it has invested in over the past year as consumers form new habits thanks to the pandemic. Ogilvy hired Steve Soechtig to lead its experience practice in January.

Steve Soechtig Ogilvy has hired Steve Soechtig to lead its experience practice as global CEO, as clients seek to connect with consumers in personalised ways throughout their journey with a brand.  As global CEO of experience at Ogilvy, Soechtig will be tasked with pulling together various capabilities in specialty practices across Ogilvy’s global network to create a unified offering for clients across marketing automation, strategy, CRM, digital experience design, customer acquisition and loyalty.  “The fastest growing part of Ogilvy over the last several years has been in the experience marketplace, but we hadn’t rounded it up into a single global business before,” said Ogilvy global CEO Andy Main.
