The entire block roped off, a bunch of investigators on the scene. This is video from earlier. Three people shot, all taken to the hospital. Folks who live here said that one of them appeared to be in critical condition, but no confirmation from the police of that. I spoke to remain off camera said he was walking home from work when he heard gunshots rang out. He said everybody around him, including himself, began running.
