The big set over 65 but nonetheless, what that told me was a lot of the people that had been putting on these ratio spreads, one by three, one by four, they have been getting more aggressive with that, so if they have some protection against a small move in volatility, you get a big move like this, they chase, theyre the ones also throwing gasoline on the fire. Reporter last said her condition has not changed suffering from a gunshot wound. This incident has to shake in the community where this has happened. Reporter around noon on thursday, gunfire erupted here near the intersection of 66th avenue and outlook in east oakland. Neighbors were caught off guard. I was inside my house and i heard the gunshots. I heard the shots from my room. And immediately i thought, do you hit the ground . reporter laurie lacey came outside after she heard the shots and saw a woman driving away in a car. Going down the street really fast and she hit the corner. And she was screaming ya. Reporter police now believe that the mother of the 22monthold vicitim drove her daughter to the hospital. Investigators searched the area near the shooting and questioned witnesses but as of late thursday afternoon no suspects had been identified and a motive for the attack remains a mystery. This is between nevada and spring streets, crews spent most of the day patching up the area, removing near by brush. Officials have not said when the lanes will reopen.
