Were learning more about a now former Lincoln High School charged with public exposure this weekend. It turns out it wasnt the first time Michael Madson has faced criminal charges. Madson was arrested on saturday and charged with public exposure after allegedly revealing himself to a Valley West Mall employee. Madson resigned his job at lincoln on tuesday. According to the courier newspaper and Online Court Records madson faced a similar charge in 1994 after he walked into the lobby of a Waterloo Hotel wearing only a tshirt. He was charged with indecent exposure. But plead guilty to a lesser charge of criminal tresspass. He was fired from his job at a waterloo school. But appealed and was allowed to keep teaching. In 2001 he was charged with harrassment after allegedly peeping on a teenager at a tanning salon.
