Police arrested 59 year-old Mark Charles Burke for allegedly leaving a device resembling a bomb at the mental health building on Liberty Street according to WENY. Bath police say there was more than just one incident where Burke left suspicious threatening letters and objects at varied locations in the village. He faces a felony charge of leaving a false bomb.
