the inner and outer lips are moving just fine. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. thank you. baltimore city police are trying to figure out what sparked a deadly fire. it happened yesterday near west lanvale street. jennifer franciotti is live with more details. it has been more than 24 hours and you can still smell the smoke. the fire started on west lanvale street. firefighters arrived and found heavy smoke. they did discover a child s body on the second floor. this fire started just before 3:00 a.m. on sunday. the child was asleep. his parents were downstairs and smelled smoke. the boy was trapped. they were overcome by the amount of smoke and fire. the grandfather tried to get in. he put a wet cloth over his mouth. they could not get in. it appears there were no working smoking detectors inside the home. an official cause of the fire has not been determined. some sort of electrical issue with the air-conditioning unit could be to blame. jennife
