Supervisors approve 1st housing project since LNU fire FAIRFIELD Solano County supervisors on Tuesday approved the final map for phase one of the Lands of Morgan Project subdivision in the Vacaville foothills. While the project is several years in the pipeline, it is the first housing project approved since the devastating LNU Lightning Complex Fire last year. The action was part of the consent calendar. There was no comment. Attempts to reach Supervisor John Vasquez were not successful. The first phase calls for four of the planned 19 lots, with approximate sizes of 2.83, 23.04, 20.82 and 10.14 acres, to be created along the north-central portion of the project’s 310.5 acres. The four lots front Cantelow Road. Road improvements to Cantelow, Gibson Canyon and Steiger Hill roads have been completed.
