My grandkids are theyre movers. Lets put it that way. But now i chase those little buggers around now, and im back with my grandkids. Im having fun with them. Now i do it all. Im back to where i was. The fear i had when i got older was, you cant do the activities you did when you were younger. Now i can. It gave me back my life. I mean, i was giving everything up. And thats a key thing to remember. Just because youre getting older doesnt mean you have to get achy and stiff and become immobile. We know that by staying active and doing activities like tai cheng, it keeps you younger. It revitalizes you. It realigns your spine and helps with your balance and your mobility. I

Gary tyrrell grew up poor on a farm not far away and knew early on that his adult life would be all about education, teaching kids in his classrooms by day, the history book in his lap at night. Good evening, im jessica dean. The storms pack punch bringing heavy rain and strong winds. Decent sized hail also fell p parts of the region Burlington County getting hit pretty hard. This video from robert, shows hail following in mt. Holly. Heavy downpours led to flooding in vineland Cumberland County roads turned into streams and caused treacherous conditions for drivers. By nightfall the flooding ling linger. Chopper three over the sears parking lot at corner of delsea drive and landis avenue. You can see a couple of vehicles there stranded in the water. Meteorologist kate bilo was busy tonight tracking these storms and she joins us now with what it looks like right now. Kate jessica and ukee, the bad news were not completely out of the woods yet.
