Hunkering down as Law Enforcement swept the campus. Now, when shots rang out, broke out at Skyline High School in the oakland hills, the campus immediately went into lockdown as students ran for cover and hid in classrooms. City real estate manager rita rasmuseen says theyve been in talks with the Property Owners for about a year. The city had the Property Value assesesed and made a Purchase Agreement for more than 5 Million Dollars. Once they closed for the flooding it was decided to move forward with the sale.
