Job opportunities which really proud that we banned the box and get them on the path and get them this poor they need so they can take care of themselves. Again a lot of work to do that a lot of great ideas. A lot of Brilliant Minds at the table get a lot of activists but just to be clear, as i said before, as is personal to me. I didnt just wake up one day and experience this bit of experience this my entire life. Going to the jail houses visiting family members. Thinking that was normal as a kid. Doing with my brother. Putting money on his books. Getting letters back and forth from a jailhouse from family members. Wondering why is it that so many of my personal family members had to go through this process. I know the walls of 850 bryant inside out and the visiting process of 850 bryant in san bruno from personal experience. And unfortunately this was an unforeseen consequence of i think unforeseen by most of the Meaningful Use Program and the effort to get the the needed effort to get computers into medical offices. And so and it was such a push to get the adoption of the Electronic Health record that there wasnt enough i think most people didnt foresee that suddenly they were going to be it was going to make the Health Care System vulnerable in a new way. A whole new bag of cards. I think there were probably some who did. But any other closing thoughts . I think one thing that one thing that bears repeating is we hear a lot about how you need the board to get involved. And
